- REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to attend and is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. It will immediately close when we reach 130 registered guests. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- CANCELLATIONS expecting a full refund must be received before 24 October 2025.
- NO REFUNDS issued after Friday, 24 October 2025 due to incurred costs, regardless of reason. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- GUEST PARKING will be available in VIP Green, 8th St, & surrounding streets but carpooling/public transportation is encouraged. Please pay close attention to parking signs/meters as Mack's Marines will not be responsible for any parking tickets.
- SPECIAL PARKING REQUESTS may be submitted below. Only unique/special circumstances can be considered due to very limited reserved space. A submitted request is not an approved request. All requests will receive a response with an approval decision NLT 24 October 2025.
